All Chicago Fire tickets will be digital for the 2021 season.

Mobile Entry is the easiest and safest way to access tickets to your events - your mobile phone is your ticket. Your tickets will not be available for print or emailed to you.

Please make sure you download and transfer a ticket to all members of your party via your smartphone, prior to arriving at Soldier Field.

The official Chicago Fire FC app now has a more seamless way to access your tickets via Ticketmaster Account Manager. In addition, the app will grant you access to the latest breaking news, videos, and season ticket holder discounts.

  • Click "Tickets" on the bottom toolbar.
  • Click "View My Tickets"
    • Click Sign In to Chicago Fire if you’re a season ticket holder or purchased via Account Manager
    • Click Sign In to Ticketmaster if you purchased your tickets via Ticketmaster.com

Why doesn’t my ticket have a bar code?

This is normal. As a part of our contactless entry, your ticket does not require a traditional barcode to be scanned for entry.

Why can't I print my tickets at home anymore?

All tickets will be digital for the 2021 season.

What do I do if don’t have a smartphone or tablet? How am I going to get into the game?

Please contact the Chicago Fire FC ticketing at 888-MLS-FIRE or info@chicagofirefc.com.

Will you offer printed tickets at the box office?

No, we will neither offer printed tickets nor selling tickets at the box office. All ticket purchases must be done online the day of the match.

What about season tickets?

All tickets will be digital for the 2021 season. This will provide contactless entry into the stadium. Please contact the Season Ticket Services department at seasonticketservices@chicagofirefc.com if you have any questions.

Will fans still be able to forward their tickets to guests with PDF/print-at-home?

Ticket purchasers will no longer be able to forward tickets as PDFs.

Can I resell my mobile tickets?

Mobile tickets may be resold through Ticketmaster. You must sell your entire pod of tickets.

I forwarded mobile tickets to a friend who can't make it to the game. Can I cancel the transaction and send them to someone else?

You can cancel the forward as long as the recipient has not accepted the tickets or as long as the game has not started. If the recipient has already accepted the tickets, he/she must forward them to you. Once you have accepted the tickets, you are free to forward them along to someone else.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone for one game?

We encourage you to transfer a ticket to each person in your party. Yes, you can have multiple tickets on your smartphone; however, all fans must then enter at the same time and be in line together. You will be able to swipe right through all of the tickets you have for that game.

Can I use a screenshot of my ticket to enter the stadium?

No. Screenshots of tickets or any ticket produced by an unauthorized source will not be accepted.
