What is the group ticket minimum?
The group ticket minimum is 10 tickets to the same game. All group ticket orders are considered final sales, no refunds or exchanges.
How much do group tickets cost?
Prices for group outings depend on the game date, seat location and availability, but typically range from $25 to $50 per ticket. Discounts and benefits can vary depending on the number of tickets purchased.
How do I pay for the tickets?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, along with checks and cash. Payment is required in full before digital delivery of your tickets.
What is included when I purchase group tickets?
In addition to purchasing discounted tickets with no service fees, your group will receive a scoreboard message at halftime. Depending on the size of your group purchase, you may also qualify for a Matchday Experience (subject to availability).
Can I make a deposit on my group tickets?
Payment plans can be arranged with your Account Executive, however, to secure seats, a 25% deposit is required. Your order must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the game day selected.
Are group ticket prices subject to change during the season?
Group prices are subject to change as the season progresses based on game dates, opponents, and availability.
Can I order additional group tickets after my initial order?
Additional tickets may be added at any time based on availability.
Do you offer ADA/Wheelchair seating?
ADA seating is located on all levels, and like all other areas, is subject to availability. Please speak with your Account Executive for ADA seating pricing and availability.
MANAGING YOUR TICKETS
How can I access my tickets?
Upon purchase, tickets are digitally accessible through Chicago Fire FC Account Manager.
Fans are highly encouraged to download the Chicago Fire FC Mobile App to their mobile device prior to match day. For the best matchday entrance experience, fans are encouraged to add tickets to Google or Apple Wallet prior to match day.
Please note that mobile tickets are required for entry and printed, or screenshot tickets will not be accepted. Mobile ticketing provides quick and easy entry into Soldier Field, enhanced ticket security and access to tickets on the go.
Can I return or exchange my group tickets?
There are no refunds or exchanges on group ticket purchases.

What time do Soldier Field gates open?
All Soldier Field gates open 90 minutes before the scheduled game time.
What is the Soldier Field bag policy?
For all events at Soldier Field, the NFL All-Clear Bag Policy is in place. Approved bags are limited to:
- Bags that are clear plastic and do not exceed 12"x6"x12"
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar)
- Small clutch bags, no larger than 4.5”x6.5”, with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.

Does my child require a ticket?
Children 2 and above require a ticket for admission. However, any child who enters without a ticket must share a seat with an accompanying adult.
Can I exit the building and return later?
For the security of all guests, Soldier Field does not allow re-entry before, during or after games.
How does my group qualify for a Matchday Experience at a Chicago Fire FC game?
Groups can qualify for Matchday Experiences if they hit minimum ticket requirements and pending availability. Please speak with your Account Executive to book your experience.
Can my group use our tickets for fundraising?
Fundraising is available for groups who qualify. To learn about how we can assist in your fundraising efforts, please speak with your Account Executive.
