Chicago Fire FC are dedicated to providing a contactless ticketing experience for the safety of staff and fans.

What do I do if don’t have a smartphone or tablet? How am I going to get into the game?

Please stop by any Box Office Customer Service Window for assistance, starting 3 hours prior to the match, on match day. A representative can look up an order by seat location or by the email address used to make the purchase. A representative can escort you to the gate with their smartphone and provide you with a Seat Locator to guide you to your seats.

Will you offer printed tickets at the box office?

No, we do not offer printed tickets at the box office. Any tickets delivered by the box office will be SMS texted to your smartphone. If you do not have a smartphone, a representative can escort you to the gate with their smartphone and provide you with a Seat Locator to guide you to your seats.

What about season tickets?

All Chicago Fire FC tickets are digital. This will provide contactless entry into the stadium. Please contact the Season Ticket Services department at seasonticketservices@chicagofirefc.com if you have any questions.

Will fans still be able to forward their tickets to guests with PDF/print-at-home?

Ticket purchasers will no longer be able to forward tickets as PDFs.

Can I resell my mobile tickets?

Yes, mobile tickets can be resold (some exceptions apply). Ticketmaster is the only Verified Resale partner of Chicago Fire FC.

I forwarded mobile tickets to a friend who can't make it to the game. Can I cancel the transaction and send them to someone else?

You can cancel the forward as long as the recipient has not accepted the tickets. If the recipient has already accepted the tickets, he/she must forward them to you. Once you have accepted the tickets, you are free to forward them along to someone else or use them yourself.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone for one game?

We encourage you to transfer a ticket to each person in your party. Yes, you can have multiple tickets on your smartphone; however, all fans must then enter at the same time and be in line together. You will be able to swipe right through all of the tickets you have for that game.

Can I use a screenshot of my ticket to enter the stadium?

No. Screenshots of tickets or any ticket produced by an unauthorized source will not be accepted.
