What is Chicago Fire FC Membership?
Chicago Fire FC Membership is your ticket to unlock everything that Chicago Fire Football Club has to offer on and off the pitch. Your full season membership includes:

What is an All-Inclusive Premium Membership?
In addition to all the great benefits that come with a full season membership, premium membership includes parking, all-inclusive food and beverage at every match, and fieldside or suite level seating.
How do I take advantage of the 25 prizes in 25 days offer?
Simply renew your membership or select new seats and you’ll be entered to win any remaining prizes. The earlier you renew, the more prizes you’ll be entered to win! Winners will be notified by the club and listed on our dedicated 25 prizes in 25 days landing page.
How do I renew my current seats?
Sign into your Chicago Fire FC account at https://am.ticketmaster.com/chicagofire/HQ and click ‘Renew Now’ on the splash page. You’ll then be guided through the renewal process for your current seat location.
How do I shop for new seats?
Sign into your Chicago Fire FC account at https://am.ticketmaster.com/chicagofire/HQ and click ‘Explore New Seats’ on the splash page. You’ll then be redirected to our all-new virtual venue to shop for a new seat location. Once you find your new seats, simply follow the checkout process to complete your purchase. Once completed, your old seat location will be returned to available inventory.
Can I purchase additional seats?
Yes! If you would like to keep your current seats and also purchase additional seats, first sign into your account at https://am.ticketmaster.com/chicagofire/HQ and click ‘Renew Now’ on the splash page to renew your current seat location. Next, return to your account home page and click ‘Shop Now’ to be redirected to our all-new virtual venue to shop for your additional seats. If you would like to relocate your current seats and add additional seats, you can go directly to the ‘Shop Now’ page to purchase the exact number of seats you’d like for the 2023 season.
What are my payment options?
Upon checkout, you can pay in full or sign up for our 12-month, interest free installment plan. Payments will be processed on the first Friday of every month as follows:

*Please note that installments will be pro-rated accordingly for any renewals or additional tickets purchased after September 1, 2022. Example: a renewal on September 9 will be on an 11-month installment plan.
What is the deadline to renew my seats?
The renewal deadline is Friday, September 9. Full season memberships will be available to the general public beginning the week of September 19. Any seats that are not renewed by then will be offered to new members.
How do I purchase parking?
Parking is available to purchase on a match-by-match basis. You can purchase parking online via your Chicago Fire FC account at a discounted rate over day-of-match parking. (More information regarding discounted parking will be communicated prior to each match)
How does the ticket exchange benefit work?
Full season membership gives you the opportunity to exchange tickets from up to nine matches into seats for another match of equal or lesser value and for tickets of equal or lesser value. You may also exchange your tickets for a match or tickets of greater value by paying the difference in price. All exchanges are pending availability and any venue changes do not apply to your nine match limit.
What is the Leagues Cup?
The Leagues Cup is an all new, month-long, World Cup style tournament that will take place in July and August and feature all 47 MLS and LIGA MX clubs competing in MLS Stadiums across the U.S. and Canada, including Soldier Field. Your full season membership includes the first match of the Leagues Cup along with first right of refusal to purchase additional home matches through the semi-final round. (More information regarding format, seeding, and scheduling is expected in the coming months)
What is the MLS Streaming Service on the Apple TV app?
Coming in 2023, the MLS streaming service on the Apple TV app will be the exclusive destination to watch every single live MLS match, including all CFFC matches — no blackouts or restrictions. How do I purchase tickets for the MLS Cup Playoffs, US Open Cup, additional Leagues Cup matches, and International Friendlies?
All full season members will have the first right of refusal to purchase tickets for home International Friendlies, MLS Cup Playoffs (through the semi-final round) and additional Leagues Cup matches (through the semi-final round). For the MLS Cup final, Leagues Cup final, and US Open Cup matches, members will receive a priority presale opportunity.
How will I access my tickets?
Tickets for all Chicago Fire home matches are completely digital and can be accessed via your mobile device by signing into your Chicago Fire FC account online or by downloading our official mobile app at https://www.chicagofirefc.com/matchday/app
How do potential venue changes impact my membership?
If the venue for any match included in your membership is changed, you will have the option to keep your seats in a comparable location at the new venue or exchange your tickets for additional seats to another match at the original venue. Exchanges due to a change in venue do not apply to your exchange limit of nine matches per season.
How does potential match date and/or time changes impact my membership?
If a match date or time is changed, but the venue remains the same, your tickets will be valid for the new match date and time.
