Chicago Fire FC will wrap up the Club's 25th season on Sunday afternoon when long-time Eastern Conference rivals the New England Revolution visit SeatGeek Stadium for a 1:30 p.m. CT kickoff.

New England enters the match outside of MLS Cup Playoffs contention, but were 2-1 winners at home against Atlanta United last Saturday.
