As the Chicago Fire approaches its return to historic Soldier Field for the 2020 MLS season, the Club has revealed details on its seat selection process for both returning and soon-to-be season ticket account holders.
Beginning on Wednesday, Oct. 30, information on the Chicago Fire's 2020 season ticket packages will be released. On Thursday, Oct. 31, seat selection windows will be shared with all renewal and new deposit account holders.

Details on when to expect your seat selection window are below, with priority given in the following order:
1998 Season Ticket Holders
- Previously recognized group of continuous 1998 season ticket account holders will receive the first pick of season ticket seat locations.
- Priority number will determine the order of selection.
- Season Ticket Services staff will reach out to all accounts via phone call to finalize seat location.
- Account holders can add-on seats beyond the number of complimentary season tickets they are receiving.
2019 Renewal Account Holders
- The order of selection will be based on the earliest year of continuous season ticket ownership.
- Account holders will be grouped in one-hour increments.
- Account holders will receive an email on Thursday, Oct. 31 with their specific one-hour window for seat selection.
- If an account holder misses their one-hour window, they will be able to select their seats at any time after the window closes.
- Fans will be able to select seats via their Ticketmaster Account Manager or via phone with a Season Ticket Services staff member.
2020 New Deposit Account Holders
- The order of selection will be based on the timestamp of deposit purchase.
- Only season ticket buyers will be allowed to select seats from Nov. 5 - Dec. 2.
- Mini-plan seats will be available starting Dec. 3.
- Single game seats for the 2020 season will be selected on a date to be announced.
- Account holders will receive an email on Thursday, Oct. 31 with their specific time for selection.
- If an account holder misses their one-hour window, they will be able to select their seats at any time after the window closes.
- Fans will be able to select seats via their Ticketmaster Account Manager or via phone with a Season Ticket Services staff member.
