Burnham can be accessed using any of the following options:
- On any page where the red button labeled "Ask Burnham" appears on the bottom right side of your browser window, click or tap to launch a chat.
- Select the "Chat with Us" option in the main menu bar.
- In mobile browsers, tap the "•••" icon on the main menu bar to display more options, then locate and tap the "Chat with Us" option.
- In the CFFC mobile app, find Burnham by tapping "More" on the bottom home page menu, then by tapping "Chat with Us" in the flyout menu that appears.
