Chicago Fire Academy Players Justin Reynolds and Allan Rodriguez help U-15 U.S. Boys’ National Team win group at 2019 Concacaf Boys’ Under-15 Championship

Chicago Fire Academy players Justin Reynolds and Allan Rodriguez each featured across all three of the U-15 U.S. Boy's National Team group stage matches at the 2019 Concacaf Boys’ Under-15 Championship, which culminated with a 4-0 win over Suriname on Wednesday morning.


With the result, the U-15 U.S. BNT finished with a perfect 3-0-0 record atop Group B to go along with clean sheet victories against Haiti (2-0) and Guatemala (3-0) in their two matches prior.

Rodriguez, an Elkhart, Ind. product, captained the side in their tournament-opening win against Haiti, and made substitute appearances in the ensuing pair of U.S. victories. Reynolds started for the U.S. in the win over Haiti and in Thursday's win against Suriname, and subbed onto the side's win against Guatemala in the second round of group play.


Chicago Fire goalkeeper Gabriel Slonina was additionally named to the U.S.'s original tournament roster, but was forced to withdraw due to injury.
