CHICAGO (Sept. 29, 2026) - Chicago Fire Academy closed out Week 4 of the 2026-27 MLS NEXT season with shutout victories against Homegrown Division rivals Sporting Kansas City on Saturday, Sept. 26, at the Endeavor Health Performance Center in Chicago.
The U-18 squad kicked off the day with a 1-0 win, with Donatien Nzambimana capitalizing on an assist from Henry García.
The U-16 team closed out the day with a 2-0 win against Sporting KC with two second-half goals. Michael Ciezki assisted Alonso Gutiérrez for the first goal of the match in the 49th minute, with Knox Napoe sending home a pass from Ivan Donchak in the 90th minute.
