Chicago Fire Academy go 2-2-0 in weekend action

Over four matches held at 
the Grand Park Indoor Center in Westfield, Ind. last weekend, t
he Chicago Fire Academy evenly split four matches against their Indiana Fire Academy brethren on March 11.
In the U-18 match, Indiana's Joel Harvey netted the game winner in the opening minute as the Indiana Fire held on for a 1-0 victory. 
The Chicago Fire U-16's fared better than their older counterparts, as Andrew Akindele provided the game-winner in the 22nd and Adrian Lara doubled the lead in the 46th in a 2-0 victory.
The U-14s netted twice in their game as well. Takumi Ikeda got the Chicago Fire on the board in the 15th minute, before Indiana's Greg Hauger leveled in teh 60th minute. Erik Kocs-Washburn would eventually find the game-winner in the 73rd minute as the Chicago side were 2-1 victors.
 On the U-13 side, the lone goal in a 1-0 Indiana victory came in the 63rd minute courtesy of Alex Chimbanda.
The four Chicago Fire Academy sides return to USSDA action when they travel to face Vardar at Hurley Field in Berkley, Mich. On March 25.
