We take pride in providing a safe and clean environment for our guests. Here are our top rules:

  • No food/beverages of any kind are allowed on the turf except for water/sports drinks.
  • No chewing gum is allowed anywhere on facility grounds.
  • No alcohol is allowed outside of designated areas.
  • No sharp objects are allowed on the turf including metal cleats, chairs, benches, stakes for tents, and flags/poles.
  • Climbing or jumping fences, netting, or goals is strictly prohibited.
  • Children must not be left unattended at any time.
  • There is a zero-tolerance policy for fighting, cursing, loitering, or any other inappropriate behavior.

Full Rules: 

  1. Sidewalks, doorways, vestibules, halls and other similar areas shall not be obstructed.
  2. Plumbing, fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which designed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be thrown or deposited therein. The costs of repairing any damage resulting to any such fixtures or appliances from misuse by the renter or its agents, employees or invitees shall be paid by the renter.
  3. No signs, advertisements or notices shall be painted or affixed on or to any windows or doors or other part of the Fire Pitch without the prior written consent of the Fire Pitch. 
  4. Nothing shall be swept or thrown into the corridors or halls. No birds or animals (other than seeing-eye dogs or other service animals) shall be brought into or kept in, on or about the Fire Pitch.
  5. Renters shall cooperate with the Fire Pitch’s employees in keeping the Fire Pitch neat and clean.
  6. Licensee shall not make or permit any vibration or improper, objectionable or unpleasant noises or odors at the Fire Pitch or otherwise interfere in any way with other tenants, licensees or persons at the Fire Pitch. Licensee shall not introduce, disturb or release any hazardous materials into or from the Fire Pitch.
  7. No machinery of any kind shall be operated at the Fire Pitch without the Fire Pitch’s prior written consent, nor shall Licensee use or keep at the Fire Pitch any flammable or explosive fluid or substance.
  8. The Fire Pitch shall not be responsible for lost or stolen personal property, money or jewelry from the Fire Pitch or public or common areas regardless of whether such loss occurs when the area is locked against entry or not.
  9. The Fire Pitch shall not permit any of its agents, employees or invitees to bring onto the Fire Pitch any handgun, firearm or other weapon of any kind, illegal drugs or, unless expressly permitted by Fire Pitch in writing, alcoholic beverages. The Fire Pitch shall not permit any of its agents, employees or invitees to smoke in the Fire Pitch. The Fire Pitch shall not permit any of its agents, employees or invitees to loiter at the Fire Pitch’s entrances for the purposes of smoking.

Other Facility Rules:

  • Field use must be approved in advance in writing by the Fire Pitch. No unscheduled play, free play or non-approved play is permitted.
  • All persons must abide by the Fire Pitch’s COVID-19 rules and regulations, both written and oral, as they may be updated from time to time in the sole discretion of the Fire Pitch.
  • All persons using the Fire Pitch must abide by any lightning warning system. No play will be allowed on turf fields in the event of severe weather or lightning.
  • The following are PROHIBITED at the Fire Pitch:
  1. Illegal drugs
  2. Firearms and/or concealed weapons
  3. Animals of any kind (other than service animals)
  4. Bicycles, scooters, skateboards and rollerblades
  • Tobacco use is PROHIBITED at the Fire Pitch, except in certain designated areas.
  • Alcohol may be served at the Fire Pitch only by approved facility vendors and only in certain designated areas by said vendors.
  • The consumption of alcohol is PROHIBITED, except in certain designated areas and except by persons 21 years of age or older. No person under the influence of alcohol, as determined by facility staff, in their sole and absolute discretion, may use the Fire Pitch for athletic play or training.
  • Glass bottles and containers are PROHIBITED, except in certain designated areas.
  • The following are PROHIBITED on the turf fields:
  1. Food, including sunflower seeds, peanuts, fruit, etc.
  2. Chewing gum
  3. Painting, chalking, taping, or applying any adhesive material
  4. Sharp objects, such as chairs, benches, stakes, nails, corner flags and poles, that may penetrate or damage turf fields
  5. Metal cleats (plastic molded cleats allowed)
  6. Motorized vehicles
  7. Golfing
  8. Fireworks
  • Climbing or jumping fences or netting, or defacing netting or fences, to gain entry/exit to the Fire Pitch or to retrieve lost balls is PROHIBITED.
  • Warm-ups inside the 18-yard box (goal mouth) are PROHIBITED (including goalkeeper).
  • Goalkeepers may not mark their posts by creating marks on the turf fields.
  • Players and coaches must clear the turf fields immediately following their scheduled usage and clean up and throw away any trash left on the fields.
  • Goals, nets, flags and/or benches may not be moved unless approved by facility staff.
  • Stakes, nails, corner flags and poles may not be driven into the ground to hold up tents, team flags, portable goals, etc. All tents must be free standing, using sandbags or water barrels to secure tents unless otherwise approved by facility staff.
  • Fighting, cursing, loitering and any other behaviors deemed inappropriate by facility staff, in their sole and absolute discretion, are PROHIBITED and are grounds for removal from the Fire Pitch, or possible arrest.
  • Children may not be left unattended.
  • Grills, barbeques, or anything involving flames or fire are PROHIBITED at the Fire Pitch.
  • All sponsors and vendors must be approved in advance in writing by the Fire Pitch.
  • All marketing and/or flyer distribution at the Fire Pitch is prohibited unless approved in advance by the Fire Pitch.
  • The posting of signs and/or banners is PROHIBITED unless approved in advance by the Fire Pitch.
  • All marketing displays (vehicles, inflatables, etc.) are PROHIBITED unless approved in advance by the Fire Pitch.
  • The sale or sampling of any items (food, drink, merchandise, etc.) is PROHIBITED unless approved in advance by the Fire Pitch.
  • Parking for the Fire Pitch is permitted only in certain designated areas. Anyone parking in areas other than designated areas may be ticketed and/or towed.
  • In case of emergency call 911.
  • The Fire Pitch is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

USERS OF THE FIRE PITCH, INCLUDING PARTICIPANTS, COACHES AND SPECTATORS, ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING SPORTING ACTIVITIES, THAT THEY ARE ENGAGED IN AT THE FIRE PITCH, AND OWNERSHIP/MANAGEMENT ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE INCURRED BY SUCH PERSONS.

ALL USERS OF THE TURF FIELDS 18 AND OVER MUST SIGN A LIABILITY WAIVER BEFORE ENTERING THE TURF FIELDS AND MAY NOT ENTER WITHOUT DOING SO. ALL USERS OF THE TURF FIELDS UNDER 18 MUST SUBMIT A LIABILITY WAIVER SIGNED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN BEFORE ENTERING THE TURF FIELDS AND MAY NOT ENTER WITHOUT DOING SO.

All participants must fill out and sign the Fire Pitch Waiver (link to waiver) before play starts. If the participant is under 18 years of age, the parent/guardian must submit a waiver on their behalf.
