Chicagoland native and 2013 MLS MVP Mike Magee will help unveil Chicago Fire FC's new primary kit at the MLS FORWARD 25 event in New York City on Wednesday, Feb. 5 as part of New York Fashion Week.
Born in Elmhurst, Magee made 51 MLS appearances for the Fire and scored 22 goals for his hometown Club as part of an illustrious career spanning 14 seasons.
FORWARD 25 is a first for MLS, with all clubs' jerseys set to be revealed at one time. Celebrities including DeAndre Hopkins, Ninja and Colin Hanks as well as MLS legends like Magee and Alexi Lalas will represent teams as they reveal their new home colors.
The 2020 Chicago Fire FC primary jersey will be available for presale on ShopChicagoFire.com immediately following its unveiling in New York City.
In partnership with EA SPORTS FIFA, the adidas jerseys also will be revealed virtually across EA SPORTS FIFA channels following the real-world unveiling. Fans can also represent their favorite MLS team currently playable in FIFA 20 and use the jerseys across various game modes, including Kick-Off, Career Mode, and more ahead of the start of the season.
