VOTE: #1 Shipp's second June 7 vs. Seattle or #4 Watson's long distance effort September 20 vs. D.C.

Quincy Amarikwa's bid to go a perfect three-for-three in the first round of the Aldi Goal of the Year tournament was dashed as #2 Jeff Larentowicz's header from July 19 vs. Philadelphia out did his May 10 header at New York. This writer's sentimental favorite (because he scored it on my 29th birthday) now moves on to next Tuesday's CJ Bracket final where it'll face #1 seeded Patrick Nyarko's shot-cross from the same May 10 game at New York.

We close out first round action in the Kubik Bracket where #1 seeded Harry Shipp's second goal vs. Seattle on June 7 faces #4 Matt Watson's long-distance equalizer from September 20 vs. D.C. United

Watch both goals in the video above and vote for your favorite by 11:59pm CT Wednesday below.
