First place in Group B is on the line on Monday night in Harrison, NJ when group leaders Costa Rica square off against second place Haiti. Both sides are 2-0-0 heading into the encounter, with Costa Rica's' +5 goal differential giving them the slight edge in the current group standings. Most recently, Costa Rica were 2-1 winners against Bermuda last Thursday, a win that formally punched their ticket to the tournament's knockout round.
Calvo has yet to appear for Costa Rica through the side's first two matches, but will earn his 47th cap should he take the field Monday night.
