CHICAGO (June 25, 2020) Chicago Fire Juniors, the official youth football program of Chicago Fire FC, today announced a multi-year partnership with Continental Tire. As part of the agreement, the Continental Tire brand will now be featured on the front of all Juniors and affiliate jerseys.

"Continental Tire has long shown wonderful support for our Club, our League and all levels of our sport,” said Chicago Fire FC COO John Urban. “We’re proud to build on an already terrific partnership; together we’ll continue to bring our very best to the players and families we serve throughout our Juniors programs.”

In addition to logo inclusion on the Chicago Fire Juniors’ kits, Continental Tire’s mark will also be seen on the front of Chicago Fire Juniors youth training tops. The brand will serve as a supporting partner of the Chicago Fire Invitational, a youth tournament that each August welcomes more than 2,500 players from across the Midwest to Libertyville, Ill. In addition, Continental will provide on-site activation at the Chicago Fire Winter Classic, a one-day indoor tournament hosted annually by Chicago Fire Juniors at the CIBC Fire Pitch on Martin Luther King Day.

“We’re proud to add the Chicago Fire Juniors to our soccer program,” said Travis Roffler, Director of Marketing, Continental Tire. “Having been a partner of Major League Soccer over the past 10 years, we’ve seen firsthand the talent that begins and grows in the junior leagues. Continental Tire is thrilled to support that growth, and we look forward to seeing these young players further develop their skills as part of the Chicago Fire Juniors program.”

As part of today’s announcement, the Chicago Fire Juniors unveiled the program’s new badge which incorporates the Fire Crown seen at the heart of the first team’s crest. The updated navy and white badge will be used across all Juniors affiliate clubs.
