CHICAGO (Feb. 20, 2023) – The Chicago Fire Foundation, the charitable arm of Chicago Fire FC, will hold its 2023 Season Kickoff Luncheon on Monday, Feb. 27 at the Swissotel Chicago (323 E Wacker Drive). The annual event will offer fans their first opportunity to meet the entire 2023 Chicago Fire first team and coaching staff, while helping to raise funds for the Club’s longstanding charitable efforts.
A limited number of 2023 Season Kickoff Luncheon tickets are available for purchase here.
Select coaches and players will be made available to media for interviews ahead of the event at 10:45 a.m. CT. Media members interested in attending and covering the luncheon must RSVP with Senior Manager of Communications Megan O'Keefe (firstname.lastname@example.org) to reserve their spot and receive more details.
The official luncheon event will begin with a reception at 11:00 a.m. CT, followed by the event programming and formal lunch at 12:00 p.m. CT. The event will include a silent auction for attendees to bid on exclusive Chicago Fire experiences, merchandise and more. All proceeds will benefit the Chicago Fire Foundation's award-winning P.L.A.Y.S. Program.

The 2023 silent auction will go live here on Thursday, Feb. 23 at 10:00 a.m. CT (subject to change), and will remain open until 12:50 p.m. CT on Monday, Feb 27. Bidders do not need to be present at the Season Kickoff Luncheon to win or claim their prize.
The Fire will have a bye the first week of the MLS season and will kick off their 2023 campaign at Soldier Field on Saturday, March 4 at 7:30 p.m. CT against New York City FC. Tickets to the match can be purchased here. The contest will also be broadcast live on MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app.
