CHICAGO (Sept. 2, 2026) – Chicago Fire FC today announced that the Club has loaned defender Viktor Radojević to CF Montréal through the end of 2026, with an option for an additional six months. As part of the agreement, CF Montréal also receives a 2026 International Roster Slot and Chicago receives $100,000 in General Allocation Money.

"Viktor has demonstrated resilience, professionalism and commitment to his development since joining the Club last season," said Chicago Fire FC Director of Football and Head Coach Gregg Berhalter. "He has remained focused and engaged, bringing positive energy to the group each day. We believe this loan is the right next step for his development and will provide an excellent opportunity to earn meaningful minutes and continue progressing as a player."

Radojević, 22, joined Chicago in August 2025 and has appeared in 13 matches across all competitions including MLS, Leagues Cup and the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup. Prior to becoming a member of the Fire, Radojević spent the 2024 and 2025 seasons with TSC, where he made 21 appearances over two seasons. Radojević moved to TSC after climbing through the ranks of the Red Star Belgrade Academy. He began at Red Star Belgrade at the U-15 age level and progressed through every age group before making his first team debut on Feb. 10, 2024, in a 2-1 win against Vozdovac.

At the international level, Radojević has been a consistent member of the Serbia Youth National Team system, earning at least one cap at every age level from U-15 through U-21. With the Serbia U-21 National Team, Radojević went the full 90 minutes in three international friendlies and one Group F match in UEFA U-21 Championship qualifying.
