WAYS TO HELP

Chicago Fire FC is committed to supporting its friends, neighbors and partners in Chicagoland through the trying times brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. Below are the organizations with which Chicago Fire FC has established official partnerships in this time, along with links to the ways in which Fire fans can rally behind each cause.

In collaboration with the City of Chicago, The Chicago Community Trust and United Way of Metro Chicago launched the Chicago Community COVID-19 Response Fund to unite the funds raised by Chicago’s philanthropies, corporations and individuals to be disbursed to nonprofit organizations across the region.

Mayor Lori E. Lightfoot recently announced a groundbreaking campaign, “We Are Not Playing,” in partnership with Chicago’s professional sports teams to combat the spread of the coronavirus disease. Each of Chicago’s hometown professional sports teams - including the Chicago Bears, Blackhawks, Bulls, Cubs, Fire, Red Stars, Sky, White Sox – has signed on to the initiative, leveraging the influence of sports teams and their players to drive compliance with the statewide Stay at Home order, directing residents to keep themselves and their neighbors safe from the spread of COVID-19 by staying home.
