Udelson joined Chicago Fire FC II following four years in various performance roles at Philadelphia Union, last serving as the Head of Academy Strength and Conditioning at the MLS club. 

The NSCA-certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist got his start at Boston University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies while playing for the Men's Soccer program. Udelson then attained a Master's Degree in Kinesiology - Exercise Physiology at the University of Virginia while serving as a graduate assistant strength coach for the national champion Cavaliers Men's Basketball program.
