Q: What if COVID-19 impacts the quantity of 2021 home matches played and/or the maximum capacity of the stadium?
We know there remains uncertainty about what 2021 may hold, which is why we’ve implemented a no questions asked refund policy for all ticket buyers throughout the 2021 season. Q: How is the Club handling COVID-19 as it relates to hosting fans at matches?
The Club is in regular contact with State, City, MLS and Soldier Field officials regarding the ongoing pandemic to inform all decisions about hosting fans at matches. The safety of our fans, players, Club staff and stadium personnel is our number one priority.
2021 Seat Selection
Q. How do I select my seat(s) at Soldier Field for 2021?
Season ticket seat selection will begin on Monday, Nov. 2 for fans who placed a deposit for 2021 season tickets.
Each season ticket deposit holder will receive a time slot via email on Friday, October 30th to select their seat by phone or Ticketmaster Account Manager which can be accessed here.
2021 season tickets will go on sale to the general public on Monday, November 9th.
Q. Which sections include access to the United Club at Soldier Field?
Sections 108-110 and 202-216 have access to the United Club. A Soldier Field seating map can be viewed here. Club seat holders enjoy the added benefit of a climate controlled indoor lounge that has exclusive entrances and provides the opportunity to purchase food and beverage.
Q. What is the Ticket Exchange Program?
We listened to your feedback and have brought back the exchange program for all matches in 2021. If you are unable to use a ticket(s) for a match, it can be exchanged for a ticket(s) to any future Chicago Fire FC regular season match.
Q. Is there a deadline to complete a Ticket Exchange prior to a home match?
Yes, ticket exchanges must be completed 72 hours prior to each home match. Unused tickets for past matches cannot be retroactively exchanged or rolled over.

Q. How do I secure a 50% off kids’ pricing for season tickets?
Purchasing one (1) adult season ticket allows for purchase up to two (2) kid season tickets. To purchase:
- The child must be 12 years old or younger
- Must register each child as a member of the Chicago Fire FC Kids Club here.
- Kids’ pricing is only available over the phone. Please call the Chicago Fire FC ticket department at 888-MLS-FIRE.
Q. What are the benefits for referring someone to purchase season tickets?
Yes, season ticket holders can visit here to refer a friend or family member to purchase season tickets. Fans will receive an account credit equal to 20% of the total purchase by the new fan. That credit can be used towards the next season’s renewal or additional ticket purchases.
Q. How do I purchase additional tickets at my Season Ticket Holder discount rate?
All season ticket holders can purchase additional tickets at a special discounted rate. You may purchase tickets at this exclusive price via Chicago Fire FC Account Manager or by contacting the Season Ticket Services team via phone, email, or text.

Q. Can I use a screenshot of my ticket to enter Soldier Field?
No, screenshots of tickets or any ticket produced by an unauthorized source will not be accepted.
Q. Can I print my tickets at home?
No, print-at-home PDF tickets have been replaced by digital ticketing. Fans may enter the stadium using digital tickets.
Q. How do I purchase parking?
Season ticket holders have the option to purchase as many parking passes as needed for Soldier Field through ParkMobile here. All parking passes must be mobile. More details will be shared after the 2021 schedule is released.
Q. Where is the season ticket holder parking lot located?
The season ticket holder parking lot is located in the Waldron Deck. Fans must have a pre-paid parking pass to access the lot.
