Q. How do I select my seat at Soldier Field for 2020?
Seat selection will begin on Friday, Nov. 1 with renewed season ticket holders selecting their seats first followed by new deposit accounts.

Each season ticket holder will receive a time slot, based on continuous tenure, to select their seat via phone or Ticketmaster Account Manager.

Q. How can I relocate from supporter section to a different section in 2020?
Please reach out to your dedicated service representative if you are interested in sitting in an area outside of the designated supporter section. If you don’t have a dedicated service representative call us at (708) 496-6800.


Q. Which sections include access to the United Club at Soldier Field?
Club seat holders in section 108-110 and 202-216 receive access to the United Club. The United Club is a climate controlled indoor lounge that has exclusive entrances and provides the opportunity to purchase food and beverage.

Q. What is the Ticket Exchange Program?
We listened to your feedback and have brought back the exchange program for all matches in 2020. If you are unable to use a ticket(s) for a match, it can be exchanged for a ticket(s) to any future Chicago Fire regular season match.

Q. Is there a deadline to complete a Ticket Exchange prior to a home match?
Ticket exchanges must be completed 72 hours prior to each home match. Unused tickets for past matches cannot be retroactively exchanged or rolled over.

There are three ways that season ticket holders can exchange tickets:

  • Online via Ticketmaster Account Manager (recommended)
  • Email or call your dedicated service representative:

  • Matchday: Exchange tickets at the customer service window at the Soldier Field box office.

Q. How do I secure a 50% off kids’ pricing for season tickets?
Purchasing one (1) adult season ticket allows for purchase up to two (2) kid season tickets. To purchase:

  • The child must be 12 years old or younger
  • Must provide full name and birth date for each child must be a registered member of the Chicago Fire Kid’s Club

Q. Are there any benefits to refer someone to purchase season tickets?
Season ticket holders who refer a friend or family member to purchase season tickets will receive an account credit equal to 20% of the total purchase. That credit can be used towards the next season’s renewal or add-on of season tickets.

Q. How do I purchase additional tickets at my Season Ticket Holder discount rate?
All season ticket holders can purchase additional tickets at a discounted rate of $25. To purchase tickets at this unique price please contact the Season Ticket Services team via phone, email, or text.


Q. How do I purchase parking?
Season ticket holders have the option to purchase as many parking passes as they need through their service rep at a discounted price of $30 per match.

Q. Where is the season ticket holder parking lot located?
The season ticket holder parking lot is located in the Waldron Garage Waldron Deck. Season ticket holders will receive a placard prior to the season. Fans must have a pre-paid parking pass to access the lot.

Q. Can I tailgate at the Waldron Garage?
Yes, fans may tailgate on the upper level of the Waldron Deck. Parking lots will open three (3) hours prior to the match.

Q. What are my options if I do not have a smartphone?
Season ticket holders can choose to receive printed tickets. Please call our season ticket service line at (708) 496-6800 or email seasonticketservices@chicago-fire.com

Q. Where can I pick up tickets left at Will Call?
The Soldier Field Box Office is located outside of Gate 10 on the east side of the stadium. Please call Season Ticket Services at (708) 496-6800 regarding questions or concerns about Will Call tickets and box office hours.

Q. Can I use a screenshot of my ticket to enter Soldier Field?
No, screenshots of tickets or any ticket produced by an unauthorized source will not be accepted.

Q. Can I print my tickets at home?
No, print-at-home PDF tickets have been replaced by mobile ticketing. Fans can enter the stadium using digital tickets, visit the box office on matchday or request printed tickets in advance of the season.
