Chicago Fire Academy's Sergio Oregel begins UEFA Development Tournament with U.S. Under-15 Boy's National Team

Chicago Fire Academy midfielder Sergio Oregel and the U.S. Under-15 Boy's National Team are in Poland this week to take part in a UEFA Development Tournament.


Oregel and the U-15s begin play on Monday with a meeting against their counterparts from Iceland at Stadium Sztum in Sztum, Poland, and will next depart for Malbork for a pair of matches against Poland (Oct. 23) and Russia (Oct. 25).


In total, twenty players -- all born in 2005 -- will represent the USA at the competition, the first international competition for players born in 2005. Steve Klein, Academy Director at U.S. Soccer Development Academy club PA Classics will serve as the U-15 BNT’s head coach for the camp.
