Chicago Fire Academy Goalkeeper Damian Las Named to Roster for 2017 Men’s Nike International Friendlies

CHICAGO (Nov. 21, 2017) – Chicago Fire Academy goalkeeper Damian Las has been selected by U.S. Under-17 Men’s National Team head coach John Hackworth to the 24-player roster for the 2017 Men’s Nike International Friendlies in Lakewood Ranch, Fla. that runs from Nov. 29-Dec. 3.
Hailing from Norridge, Ill., Las was named to the Central Conference Best XI following the conclusion of the 2016-17 U.S. Soccer Development Academy season.
The U.S. open tournament play against England on Nov. 29 at 6 p.m. CT, followed by matches against Netherlands on Dec. 1 at 6 pm. CT and Brazil on Dec. 3 at 4 p.m. CT. All the tournament games will be played at Premier Sports Campus and can be seen live on ussoccer.com.
