Major League Soccer was in Chicago on Tuesday to announce that the city would play host to the 2017 Target MLS All-Star Game on Aug. 2. Among others, Commissioner Don Garber, Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel and club owner Andrew Hauptman were on hand at Soldier Field to take part in the festivities.
