The official U.S. Open Cup semifinal watch party is at Heineken Pub97

The Chicago Fire are gearing up for an all-important Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup semifinal match on Tuesday, August 9 (7 p.m. CT) on the road vs. the New England Revolution, where a victory would give the Fire the privilege of hosting the tournament final on their home pitch next month.

Last week, it was announced that Fire supporters traveling to the game will have the cost of their match ticket covered by the club. For fans not in attendance at Gillette Stadium, the club and Section 8 Chicago have planned the official watch party for Heineken Pub97, located at The PrivateBank Fire Pitch (3626 N Talman Ave., Chicago)! Joining the party will be Fire legend Frank Klopas, who clinched the first of Chicago's four U.S. Open cup titles with his golden goal vs. Columbus in the 1998 final at Soldier Field.

While watching the Men In Red continue their quest for a fifth U.S. Open Cup trophy, fans at the watch party can enjoy raffle giveaways as well as 'Taco Tuesday' specials at Heineken Pub97, including:

  • $2 carnitas tacos
  • $15 buckets of Sol and Dos XX Lager
  • $4 Dos XX Amber pints
