Chicago Fire FC home match tickets and parking passes purchased through Chicago Fire FC, Chicago Fire FC Account Manager, Ticketmaster.com or the Ticketmaster mobile app can be accessed via the Chicago Fire FC mobile app via the following methods:

ACCESS TICKETS: Access your Chicago Fire tickets by navigating to the “Tickets” page in the bottom navigation menu. Click the blue “Access My Tickets” button. If prompted, sign in to your Ticketmaster account associated with your tickets.

DOWNLOAD YOUR TICKETS IN ADVANCE: Click on the match you’d like to save to your mobile wallet. Then, click the red “View Ticket” button. Click the gray “Add to Wallet” button and follow the prompts to save to your mobile wallet. Your tickets will now be accessible from both the mobile app and offline in your mobile wallet.

TRANSFER TICKETS: Click on the match you’d like to transfer tickets for. Then, click the red “Transfer” button below the tickets. Select seats you’d like to transfer and click “Transfer to” in blue. Follow the prompts to select a recipient from Contacts or to manually enter their information. Confirm by clicking the red “Transfer Ticket(s)” button. You will receive an email confirmation that your ticket transfer is in progress, and an additional email confirmation that the recipient accepted the tickets.

DONATE OR EXCHANGE TICKETS: Fans looking to donate or exchange their tickets can do so via mobile web browser or desktop. To do so, access Chicago Fire Account Manager here.

Tickets to upcoming Chicago Fire FC home matches can be purchased through the official mobile app’s Ticketing Hub. Click on the “Tickets” menu item in the lower navbar. Browse upcoming matches in the “Get Tickets” carousel and click “Tickets” to see inventory available for purchase.

To view availability for Premium experiences, group tickets, or ticket packs, scroll down the menu below “Upcoming Matches” and click on the appropriate button to learn more.

Additionally, tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster.com, the official Ticketmaster app, and Chicago Fire FC account manager.

Members receive 20% off concessions (excluding alcohol) and merchandise at home matches.

To access your discount, you must be logged into Ticketmaster within the Chicago Fire app. If your account has not yet been connected, navigate to the “Settings” page in the “More” sidebar. Under “Linked Accounts,” click the red “Connect Accounts” button and follow the prompts to log in to your member-associated Ticketmaster account.

To access your unique discount code, navigate to the Member Hub. From the home page, locate the “My Profile” section and click the red “Membership” button. On the Member Hub page, click the large blue “Member Discount” button. Present this QR code to the concessions attendant to scan, or scan your QR code at self-service kiosks. Your discount will be applied to your order.

Please note that your member discount QR code is unique to you, the Membership account holder, and refreshes every few minutes. Screenshots will not work.

Access settings by clicking “MORE” in the navbar to open the side menu. Click on “Settings” at the bottom to open the full settings menu. Manage your account, profile information, connected Ticketmaster account, push notification settings and more.

Fans can also enable push notifications to receive live match updates in real time. Personalize your notification preferences within your app profile or app settings page.
